Where can I find care instructions?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. They're also sewn into every Smaller Th!ngs garment.

Will your clothes shrink?

We're in the business of making your life easier. So, all of our clothing has been pre-washed, making shrinkage unlikely. That being said, our products are made with cotton so we do recommend washing in cold water and drying on low to minimize any risk.

When will my waitlist item be back in stock?

Since we embrace slowing the traditional churn of clothing production, the time it takes to restock an item varies. For an estimated time frame please email info@smallerthings.com.

To receive an email when an item is restocked, 1. visit its product page 2. select the size you want 3. click the "notify me when it's back" button, and 4. enter your contact information. We'll shoot you an email as soon as the item is, once again, available.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we grow & learn, it's possible we'll make mistakes. For the time being, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within two business days, cancelling your order and providing a refund.

How do I track my order?

We'll shoot you an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships, so be on the lookout.

If, for some reason, you don't receive an email within a few days, please contact us at info@smallerthings.com.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Our warehouse staff works strenuously to get your orders sent out as soon as possible. So, if you need to make a change to your order, please contact us right away at info@smallerthings.com. 

Full transparency, we may not be able to make the update in time. Only order cancellations requested within 1 hour of your initial order placement are guaranteed, but we’ll see what we can do. Once your order has shipped we cannot cancel your order.

Any requested changes will impact the order in its entirety, meaning individual items cannot be edited or canceled.

We’ll send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of your request, confirming whether or not we were able to complete the change.

What forms of payment do you take?

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, international credit/debit cards, Afterpay interest-free payments, domestic Paypal accounts, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Sadly, not at this time. But be sure to check back, we're hoping to grow as fast as the kids we dress.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Please plan for up to 15 working days.

As soon as your order has left the building, we’ll shoot you an email with tracking info.

How will my Smaller Things arrive?

We use packaging made from 100% recycled materials, meaning they’re on their second or third trip around the sun.

We just have one request. Once you’ve ripped into our packaging, throwing it aside to bask in the cuteness of your new, Smaller Things, make sure to throw it in your recycling bin. Tissue and all.

If it’s one of our envelope mailers, you can even throw it in your compost pile.

How do I make a return?

Initiate a return here.

When using our pre-paid return label 8.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Is there a return fee?

Yes, if using our pre-paid shipping label 8.00 will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.

How long do I have to return?

Items returned to us must be postmarked within 30 days from the date we originally shipped them out to you.

With the exception of items marked "Final Sale," we'll gladly process a return and provide a refund for any and all items that are not worn, washed, and with tags still attached.

When will I receive a refund?

Once we receive the item(s) you sent back , we’ll

1. process the return
2. initiate a refund
3. shoot you an email to let you know we’ve done 1 & 2
4. If you used our pre-paid return label please note 8.00 will be deducted from your return.

***Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.

Just in case something goes awry, please keep a receipt/record of your return shipment.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we CANNOT be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
